She seems to be a great example of a "life architect" - designing her own lifestyle (with her husband too). It's great to realize when a change in routine is needed... and even greater to have the courage to change it. She seems to be a great example of a “life architect” – designing her own lifestyle (with her husband too).

A person close to her nearly died at a young age and it motivated her to completely reshuffle her priorites. It totally illustrates your point but also shows how someone can take this exercise to a whole new level. Over time I think most of us fall into routines and don't even realize we box ourselves in with our own mental limitations. It's simple to bust out of the box and attain your dreams with focus.
