Thanks for the feedback on the article (and site)! The article you sent/linked is a another real world example of reshuffling priorities in the wake of tragic circumstances... and the introspection that can follow. Great follow up to what I wrote. She seems to be a great example of a &quot;life architect&quot; - designing her own lifestyle (with her husband too). 

It&#039;s great to realize when a change in routine is needed... and even greater to have the courage to change it. As you said, simple... but not easy... still I find that courage is often the missing piece to surpassing our limitations and busting out of the box!</description>

It totally illustrates your point but also shows how someone can take this exercise to a whole new level. Over time I think most of us fall into routines and don&#039;t even realize we box ourselves in with our own mental limitations. It&#039;s simple to bust out of the box and attain your dreams with focus. (Notice I said simple, not easy!)
